Charlotte Tressler is a novelist specializing in Upmarket Women’s Fiction, a genre that blends elements of Literary, Commercial, and Book Club Fiction. Her completed unpublished novel, Goode Luck, was a semifinalist in the 2024 ScreenCraft Cinematic Book Competition, and her screenplay adaptation of the first three chapters was a semifinalist in the 2022 ScreenCraft Pilot Episode Competition.
Charlotte was born in North Texas to a family of animal-loving English teachers. She worked for many years in the veterinary field as both a technician and front office manager before returning to school to pursue a degree in Creative Writing. Charlotte is a mother and grandmother, and lives in Northern California with her husband, three naughty cats, and too many chickens.
